ABOUT VIVIANA

Viviana Rincón is a dancer, singer, actor, and songwriter based in New York City and Los Angeles. Growing up in a Mexican-Venezuelan household, she believes it is important to represent her culture through her art. She loves connecting with both English and Spanish speaking audiences.

Viviana has been performing since she was 10 years old and has always had a passion for storytelling. She trained in jazz, ballet, and tap everyday as a child. She quickly fell in love with singing and acting while doing musicals at her local theatre in Houston, TX. Since then, Viviana has gotten opportunities to perform professionally, her latest being in the ensemble of Sweet Smell of Success at Jazz at Lincoln Center starring Raúl Esparza and Lizzy McAlpine.

Aside from dancing and musical theatre, Viviana is also a songwriter, which has led her to play her music across the country. One of her songs, “if we lived on the moon” became a queer anthem after going viral on social media. The song explores themes of sexuality and not being ashamed of who you love.

Viviana aims to be vulnerable and authentic in everything she does.
